Our cyclical process incorporates structured stages with ongoing support and evaluation allowing our clients to benefit from further improvements. The process is tailored to meet each of our clients’ requirements and typically includes the following key stages:
Strategy
During the strategy stage we work closely with our clients to ensure that we fully understand their requirements. We provide expert advice on CMS technology, integration with legacy and 3rd party systems, enterprise search and tracking and reporting.
Design
During the design stage we document the architecture, interaction, navigation, workflow and metrics for the solution. This documentation provides a ‘blue print’ for our implementation phase. When clients have an in-house team or preferred supplier, we often collaborate with them during the design stage to develop wireframes and visual designs.
Implementation
The implementation stage is when our team develops the system, in-line with any necessary coding guidelines and best practice, in particular meeting accessibility and usability requirements. We then thoroughly test the solution before deploying it. We provide supporting documentation and training, and also conduct an end of project review to ensure that the client is fully satisfied with their solution.
Support
Once the solution is live we provide ongoing support to keep everything running smoothly. We can also assist in the roll-out of additional functionality, or delivery of the site into new markets and languages. Our team takes a pro-active view with regard to maintenance and future functional deployments, suggesting areas for refinement and improvement as appropriate.
